Orders for customers in the EU
Ordering and collection for customers in EU countries – excluding the Netherlands
Due to additional packaging compliance requirements for cross-border trade, particularly under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we currently do not offer direct shipping to other EU countries. The Netherlands is an exception and is covered by our standard shipping terms.
As a temporary solution, you can collect your order in person from us in Germany or arrange for a transport service to collect it on your behalf. The process is explained below.
How ordering and collection work
- Place and pay for your order
Payment must be received in full before collection. - Receive parcel details and collection confirmation
Once payment has been received, we will prepare your order and provide the parcel dimensions, weight and collection address. Please do not book transport until you have received these details and our collection confirmation. - Arrange collection
You can collect the goods in person or arrange a transport service yourself. You are responsible for booking and paying for the transport.
Collection by a transport service
Please note the following when booking:
- Make sure the driver brings a shipping label: The driver must bring the appropriate shipping label. We cannot print shipping labels on site.
- Book collection from our business address: Selecting a “drop-off without a printer” option at a parcel shop is not sufficient. Make sure you receive explicit confirmation that collection includes a shipping label brought by the driver.
- Take our opening hours into account: Collection must take place during our opening hours. The earliest possible collection date is the next business day after we confirm collection. Please agree on a time with us in advance.

Depending on your country of residence, you may wish to consider the following providers for transport arranged by you:
- France: UPS, Packlink or Boxtal
- Austria: UPS or AllesPost Deutschland from Austrian Post
- Italy: UPS or Packlink
- Belgium and Luxembourg: UPS or Eurosender
