Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Service | Maintenance / Repair:

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email):

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.nessensohn.gmbh/widerrufsformular. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information about the content of your withdrawal notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website www.nessensohn.gmbh. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

Goods delivery | Spare parts shipping:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We will bear the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Note: For custom-made or clearly personalized replacement parts, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB). This will be indicated separately in the respective offer.

Service | Maintenance / Repair:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

If the service has been fully performed and you have expressly agreed to its commencement before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract.
