Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of cancellation.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Delivery of goods | Spare parts dispatch:
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email):
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
Delivery of goods | Spare parts dispatch:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We shall bear the cost of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods not necessary for the examination of their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Note: For spare parts that are custom-made or clearly tailored to personal requirements, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB). This will be indicated separately in the relevant offer.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we shall use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
If you have requested that the services commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
If the service has been fully performed and you have expressly agreed to its commencement before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal shall lapse upon full performance of the contract.
